There’s no better time for Target to bring back its most iconic pieces from designer collaborations than right now, when the fashion world is obsessing over nostalgic trends from the ’90s and ’00s. The official lookbook has finally arrived, and while you won’t be able to shop for these incredible pieces in stores and online until Sept. 14, you can already plan out your shopping list, preorder the coffee table book that looks back on past collections, and even watch a video (ahead) on the company’s process in design.
The colorful images ahead feature some of the 300 limited-edition products from Target’s past 20 collabs, including items from Anna Sui, Altuzarra, Hunter, Isaac Mizrahi, Jason Wu, Lilly Pulitzer, Marimekko, Missoni, and so many more. The Anniversary collection starts at $7 and goes up to $160, and customers are limited to purchasing five of the exact same style. We’re already scanning prices and coming up with a serious game plan. We’ll leave you with the wise words of Rick Gomez, executive vice president, chief marketing and digital officer of Target:
“Two decades ago, when we first set out to make beautifully designed products affordable, we created a movement in retail and culture that proclaimed that design could be — and should be — for all. This Anniversary Collection takes our guests on a nostalgic journey through our designer collaboration history where they can discover products that they’ll fall in love with all over again, or for some, for the very first time.”
It sounds as magical as it looks, folks. Join us in scoping out the Target Anniversary Collection when you read ahead.
